30 million PS5 units were sold

According to Sony's announcement at its press conference for the Consumer Electronics Show 2023, PlayStation 5 has sold more than 30 million devices globally.

As of September 30, 2022, the console was said to have shipped 25 million copies.

The largest month ever for sales of the PlayStation 5 console was December 2022, according to Jim Ryan, president and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment.
