DON'T NOD Montreal releases a screenshot for a new narrative game

DON'T NOD, the studio behind Life is Strange and Life is Strange 2, published a screenshot of their forthcoming narrative game in a tweet looking for new talent.

The tweet states, “Here’s a little glimpse of what DON’T NOD Montreal is brewing!,” reads the tweet. “Does it bring back childhood memories? We are looking for talents to join the team in Montreal on this new narrative game! Find all our job openings here.”

Life is Strange, which is owned by Square Enix, was not included in DON'T NOD's strategy for the foreseeable future, according to Oskar Guilbert, CEO of the company, in a May 2021 interview with IGN.

Never say never, advised Guilbert. "But right now, no, that's not our plan. We want to produce [intellectual property] on our own. What we want to do is that.

The most recent instalment, Life is Strange: True Colors, produced by Deck Nine Games and released on September 10, 2021, marks DON'T NOD's departure from the Life is Strange series. The new project DON'T NOD has hinted to here is not likely to be connected to the franchise, despite this.
