Launch date for the Sword Art Online: Last Recollection demo is September 26

During its Tokyo Game Show 2023 stage event, Bandai Namco announced that a demo for Sword Art Online: Last Recollection would be released on September 26 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Save data from the demo can be carried over to the full game when it launches.

The opening animation and new trailers revealing both Yuuki and Mito as playable characters also premiered. Yuuki appears in the super account “Sword God Gradia,” and Mito comes from the movie Sword Art Online Progressive.

Sword Art Online: Last Recollection is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on October 5 in Japan and October 6 worldwide.
