PlayStation VR2 mode for the Resident Evil 4 remake will be made available as free DLC

According to Capcom, the PlayStation VR2-compatible virtual reality option for the Resident Evil 4 remake for the PlayStation 5 will be made available as free downloadable content.

"Resident Evil 4's VR mode has started its development process! Please stay tuned for more information in the future! reads a message from the Resident Evil Twitter page.

A further tweet states, "The VR mode for Resident Evil 4 will be published as free downloadable content for PlayStation 5 / PlayStation VR2."

On March 24, Resident Evil 4 will be released on the PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
